I hear talk about backflow, what does that mean?

Backflow is where the contents of your hose can get back into your drinking water supply you should have a double check valve fitted to your pipework that feeds the outside tap.

Are your taps insulated?

All of our taps come with a degree of frost protection—important information: remember to isolate your outside taps during winter!

Do I need to buy any extras?

All of our taps come complete and only require a connection to the water supply. You can purchase padlocks as an extra if required.

Can I use the Conceal-A-Tap if I have lost the key?

The Conceal-A-Tap has a special key for opening and operating the tap. If you have lost the key you can buy a new one from our shop.

Can I purchase a spare tap for the Detach-A-Tap?

Yes, the tap can be purchased as a spare if you already have the fittings.

Can the taps come in bespoke colours?

We dont offer bespoke colours, however you can paint the Conceal-A-Tap disc. Detacha-A-Tap comes in a choice of Chrome or Brass.

Do the taps come with a hose pipe?

No, hosepipes are not something that we supply. Our taps are compatible with Hozelock® and Brass CK Interlock.

Can I purchase serviceable parts that could potentially perish over time?

Yes, all serviceable parts (I.E O-rings, seals etc…) can be purchased from us, please get in touch with one of our team and we will be happy to help you with the part you need Order Information.

What are your standard lead times?

Unless otherwise noted, the standard delivery time is 1-2 working days for our taps. To qualify for next day delivery, you must order before midday. We will of course contact you if for any reason this isn't the case. If you have ordered a larger batch this may increase the lead time.

Where can you deliver to within the UK?

We can deliver anywhere within the UK.

Can you deliver outside of the UK?

We can only deliver to countries within the EU, if the taps are going to remain in the EU once delivered. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to order online outside the UK, so please contact us to order.

My payment has been declined?

Please check with your card issuer to ensure there are no issues with the card. If you are unable to proceed with the order via the online shop, you can send over your name, delivery address and the item you wish to purchase to email and we can send you a Pro-Forma invoice for payment.
